What makes up our slimline sash windows?
Our heritage double glazing employs a slimline double-glazed insulated unit, which consists of two panes. The space between the gap ranges from 4mm to 8mm as standard (up to 16mm) and is filled with an inert gas (argon or krypton). This gas helps to keep the warm in and the cold out.
As with our noise-reducing glass, all of our windows and doors are bespoke handmade using traditional joining methods and can also incorporate our noise reducing glass range.
