No, new windows are generally not required as we can provide an upgrade service where the existing window/door frame is kept and we only replace the moving sections.

We generally use Sapele, which is a very good natural hardwood. We also have a Engineered Redwood range available as well as Accoya and other timbers.

We offer 50 years on Accoya wood, 30 years on Sapele hardwood, 10 years on draught proofing, and up to 15 years on glazing.
